Why we started Zabbitna

If you've lived in Saudi for a while, you know the routine: ask around for a technician, wait for callbacks, then negotiate the price after the job is done. We built Zabbitna to end that: book from your phone in a minute, at a price agreed before anyone arrives. No phone calls, no haggling afterwards. And the name? In Gulf Arabic, "zabbat" means to sort something out properly. That's the promise. Zabbitna: "sort it out for us." That's what we arrange.

We started Zabbitna because people in the Eastern Province deserved better from home services: clear pricing from the start, verified providers, a technician who arrives inside the agreed arrival window, and a free return visit we arrange within 14 days, on AC cleaning if you are not satisfied with the result and on tank cleaning if the water has an unusual taste or colour or the published steps were not delivered. And most importantly, real support on WhatsApp if anything goes wrong.

What Zabbitna stands behind

We commit to four things on every booking: a price known up front with no hidden fees; providers verified before they are listed on the platform; a payment held and released to your provider 24 hours after the job is recorded as complete, unless you raise a note in that time; and a free return visit within 14 days, arranged with the same or another verified provider, on AC cleaning if you are not satisfied with the result and on tank cleaning if the water has an unusual taste or colour or the published steps were not delivered. Ground-tank waterproofing comes with a written warranty issued by your provider, 5 to 12 years by package, including a free inspection visit for any concern you report; Zabbitna requires it from every waterproofing provider on the platform and keeps a copy of your certificate, and the full warranty conditions are on the service page.

• Verified providers. We check every provider's Commercial Registration and that its activity matches the service, check its municipal licence where the service requires one, confirm its technicians are its own sponsored employees, and inspect every provider in person before listing. Only providers that keep a 4.5 out of 5 rating or higher stay on the platform.
• Free return visit. We arrange a free return visit within 14 days, with the same or another verified provider: on AC cleaning if you are not satisfied with the result, and on tank cleaning if the water has an unusual taste or colour or the published steps were not delivered.
