AC not cooling? The service starts with a fixed-price diagnostic: 99 for one unit, or 249 for every unit in the home with a room-by-room report of what each AC needs. If a repair is needed, Zabbitna sends you the price as a payment link before work starts; the technician never quotes and never collects.
What's Included?
A full check of the unit or units you booked, with a written condition report; refrigerant top-ups at a fixed 249 per unit including a pressure check; and any further repair priced by Zabbitna and sent as a payment link before work begins.
What's NOT Included?
Split units only. Compressor replacement, central/ducted AC repair (cleaning remains available by inspection) and electronic-board repair are not currently available.
Why This Matters
A weak AC costs you twice: once on a higher electricity bill, because it runs longer to reach the same coolness, and once on the unit's life, because low refrigerant or a tired part overloads the compressor (the most expensive component in the machine).
In an Eastern Province summer there's no room to wait: May's small fault becomes July's total shutdown, right when every technician is at peak demand. An early diagnostic with a room-by-room report finds the tired units before peak season, so you fix what needs fixing at a convenient time.
And much 'weak cooling' is dirt, not damage, which is why we recommend starting with regular AC cleaning; the diagnostic tells you which each unit needs.
How Service Day Goes
- Book your diagnostic: one unit, or every unit with a room-by-room report.
- The technician calls you 30 minutes before arrival.
- He checks each booked unit: cooling, pressure, drainage and electrics.
- You receive a written report on each AC's condition and needs.
- Zabbitna sends you a fixed price for any needed repair as a payment link; the technician never quotes, never collects.
- Most common repairs happen in the same visit after payment, because the technician carries the core parts.
- Payment is fully electronic. No cash, ever: you'll receive a secure payment link to confirm your booking.
Is there a guarantee on the repair?
Yes. The work carries a written warranty from your provider: if the same fault recurs within 30 days of the repair, it is put right at no cost, and your provider passes on the manufacturer's warranty on parts. Zabbitna requires this warranty from every repair provider on the platform and keeps a copy of your warranty, and arranges a return visit when you tell us on WhatsApp within the same period.
What does Zabbitna stand behind in this service?
Your payment is held until the job is done. You pay Zabbitna through a secure link. Your payment is held and is only released to your provider once the job is done: it is released 24 hours after the job is recorded as complete, unless you raise a note in that time.
Verified providers. We check every provider's Commercial Registration and match their activity to the service, check the municipal licence where one is required, and confirm their technicians are their own sponsored employees. We inspect every provider in person before listing, and only providers who keep a 4.5 out of 5 rating or higher stay on the platform.
A price you know up front. The price you see is the price you pay: no hidden fees, no surprises, and nothing added at checkout.
A two-hour arrival window. You choose a two-hour arrival window at booking, the technician calls 30 minutes before arriving, we track arrival against the window on every booking, and providers who are repeatedly late are removed from the platform.
Free return visit. Tell us on WhatsApp within 14 days of the service and we arrange a free return visit with the same or another verified provider: on AC cleaning if you are not satisfied with the result, and on tank cleaning if you notice an unusual taste or colour in the water, or the published steps were not delivered. On every other service, the warranty and what it covers are set out on this page, and we arrange whatever it provides for.
Refund mediation. If a return visit is not possible or not accepted, we refund you to the payment method you used, under the terms of service.

Is the diagnostic deducted from the repair price?
The diagnostic is a standalone service with its own report and isn't deducted from the repair; in return, Zabbitna sets fixed repair prices and sends them as a payment link before any work.
How much is a refrigerant top-up?

Is central AC repair available?
Central AC repair is not currently available. The service covers split units only; central AC cleaning remains available by inspection.
