A split AC cleaning visit takes 30 to 90 minutes per unit: the technician calls 30 minutes ahead, covers the furniture, cleans the indoor and outdoor units, then runs a cooling test in front of you.

Is there a guarantee on AC cleaning?
Yes. AC cleaning comes with a free return visit within 14 days: if you are not satisfied with the result, tell us on WhatsApp within that period and we arrange a free re-clean with the same or another verified provider. If a return visit is not possible or not accepted, we refund you under the terms of service.
What does Zabbitna stand behind in this service?
Your payment is held until the job is done. You pay Zabbitna through a secure link. Your payment is held and is only released to your provider once the job is done: it is released 24 hours after the job is recorded as complete, unless you raise a note in that time.

Tell us on WhatsApp within 14 days of the service and we arrange a free return visit with the same or another verified provider: on AC cleaning if you are not satisfied with the result, and on tank cleaning if you notice an unusual taste or colour in the water, or the published steps were not delivered. On every other service, the warranty and what it covers are set out on this page, and we arrange whatever it provides for.
Refund mediation. If a return visit is not possible or not accepted, we refund you to the payment method you used, under the terms of service.
