Septic tank emptying at a fixed per-trip price
For homes not connected to the sewer network, septic tank emptying is available at a fixed 249 per trip. You know your tank better than anyone: choose one or two trips at booking, and the final price shows before you pay.
What's NOT Included?
The service does not include pipe replacement, excavation, or repair of structural breaks in the drainage network. If the pipe turns out to be broken rather than blocked, the technician documents it with photos and shows you the finding; the visit has then identified the cause, and you choose freely who carries out the repair.
Why This Matters
In our climate a blockage never stays small: heat speeds up the breakdown of grease and food waste inside the pipes, turning a slow drain into a full blockage (and a smell that fills the house) within days. And in districts off the sewer network, homes rely on septic tanks, so an internal blockage and a filling tank become one combined problem.
Waiting means overflow in bathrooms, the kitchen or the yard: a health hazard, a lingering odour, and a clean-up bill bigger than the unblocking itself. High-pressure clearing cleans the pipe from the inside rather than opening it temporarily, so the problem takes far longer to return.
Because the need is usually urgent, same-day slots are available where possible, along with fixed per-trip septic emptying, and your city has its own page: Dammam, Al-Ahsa and Khobar.
How Service Day Goes
- Choose one point or the whole home (and one or two trips for a septic tank) and pay online at booking.
- The technician calls you 30 minutes before arrival.
- He assesses the blockage and sets up the pressure equipment.
- He clears the pipe with high-pressure water until drainage runs normally, and tests the flow in front of you.
- If the pipe turns out to be broken rather than blocked, the technician documents it with photos and shows you the finding, and you choose who carries out the repair.
- He cleans the worksite before leaving.
- Payment is fully electronic. No cash, ever: you'll receive a secure payment link to confirm your booking.
Is there a guarantee on drain unblocking?
Yes. If the same point blocks again within 7 days of the service, tell us on WhatsApp and we arrange a free return visit to clear it, with the same or another verified provider.
What does Zabbitna stand behind in this service?
Your payment is held until the job is done. You pay Zabbitna through a secure link. Your payment is held and is only released to your provider once the job is done: it is released 24 hours after the job is recorded as complete, unless you raise a note in that time.

On every other service, the warranty and what it covers are set out on this page, and we arrange whatever it provides for.
Refund mediation. If a return visit is not possible or not accepted, we refund you to the payment method you used, under the terms of service.
