What's Included?
Treatment of the booked category (crawling: cockroaches, ants, bedbugs and spiders; or flying: flies and mosquitoes) throughout the home, clear before/after-treatment instructions, and free re-treatment within the warranty period.
Most treatments require staying out of the sprayed rooms for around an hour and a half; some cases need longer, which the technician confirms before starting.
Bedbug treatment: a two-visit package, one price
Bedbug eggs hatch within roughly two weeks of the first spray, so the second visit isn't an upsell; it's how the treatment actually works. The 549 package covers both visits in one prepaid price.
What's NOT Included?
Termite control is not currently available (it requires soil-injection work), nor are commercial-premises contracts.

Is there a guarantee on pest control?
Yes. If the treated pests return within 30 days of the visit, re-treatment is free under your provider's written guarantee. Zabbitna requires this guarantee from every pest-control provider on the platform and keeps a copy of your guarantee, and arranges a return visit when you tell us on WhatsApp within the same period.
What does Zabbitna stand behind in this service?
Your payment is held until the job is done. You pay Zabbitna through a secure link. Your payment is held and is only released to your provider once the job is done: it is released 24 hours after the job is recorded as complete, unless you raise a note in that time.
Verified providers. We check every provider's Commercial Registration and match their activity to the service, check the municipal licence where one is required, and confirm their technicians are their own sponsored employees. We inspect every provider in person before listing, and only providers who keep a 4.5 out of 5 rating or higher stay on the platform.

A two-hour arrival window. You choose a two-hour arrival window at booking, the technician calls 30 minutes before arriving, we track arrival against the window on every booking, and providers who are repeatedly late are removed from the platform.

Tell us on WhatsApp within 14 days of the service and we arrange a free return visit with the same or another verified provider: on AC cleaning if you are not satisfied with the result, and on tank cleaning if you notice an unusual taste or colour in the water, or the published steps were not delivered. On every other service, the warranty and what it covers are set out on this page, and we arrange whatever it provides for.
Refund mediation. If a return visit is not possible or not accepted, we refund you to the payment method you used, under the terms of service.
